Last summer, the Sunset Junction Festival, in Los Angeles, had to cancel their event due to money issues and debt. Later on, the Sunset Junction Neighborhood Alliance filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy, which allowed court papers to show how much each performing artist was owed.
